Business and Operations:
Orders are usually verified and shipped within 2-4 business days from the receipt of your order. And in many cases we will actually ship the same day. We ship via US mail. The name Who's Lookin' Design will appear on your Credit Card Statement/Pay Pal Account.

All Internet orders are promptly handled via email during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm).

Shipping within the Continental US:
We will ship your order anywhere in the United States. Our shipping charges are pretty straightforward. $6.50 for 1st item $3.00 for any extra item within the same package.

is a convenient and secure way to complete your transaction. And you don't have to be a "PAY PAL" member. After you've completed your order, you will automatically be taken to Pay Pal's web site. Customers without a "Pay Account" account can simply click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link and enter your credit card info on Pay Pal's "SECURE" web page. It's that simple.

Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can receive a full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) by returning your order to Who's Lookin' Design, Inc within 15 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping cost. Orders MUST be shipped back in its original condition.
